Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Each country has its own customs regulations and policies. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office. If import duties or taxes are applied, it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges. In case of a return due to customs duties, HFK will not refund the shipping costs.

 

What should I do if the tracking number I receive is not working?

It can take 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be registered and/or scanned in the carrier’s system. This could prevent or delay visibility to your shipment, so please try again after waiting a full weekday.

If two business days have passed after you receive your tracking email, and you are still unable to track the order, please for an update to your order status.

 

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.

If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Contact us: hfk@hfkadv.com

 

What to do if there is a delay?

It's entirely possible that your package will be delayed due to weather or other unresistible factors. If the delay affects your use, please contact our custom service via hfk@hfkadv.com for compensation.

 

NOTE: The “ship to” address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS!HFK is not responsible to pay for shipping on orders that are returned to us due to wrong/insufficient addresses.All orders that are returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address will be automatically refunded minus shipping costs paid by HFK and applicable processing fees.If the order is delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout HFK is not responsible to re-ship the order.
