Who pays for custom duties/taxes?
Each country has its own customs regulations and policies. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office. If import duties or taxes are applied, it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges.In case of a return due to customs duties, HFK will not refund the shipping costs.
What is the warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty. If the product becomes inoperable due to any non-human factors during the warranty period, you may submit a warranty claim via our after-sales email: hfk@hfkadv.com

What if I never received my order?
Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Contact us:hfk@hfkadv.com
NOTE: The “ship to” address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.
